Thanks folks - it shoved up the Amazon rating but didn't do Everton any good. They lost in a penalty shoot-out, Alan Stubbs hitting the cross-bar. What is it about the Brits and penalties?
It's because we are so law-abiding .... we want to avoid any penalties.
